If a Fleece Artist or Hand Maiden kit or yarn does not meet your needs, we will be happy to issue a store credit for yarns returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

If a kit or yarn arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will arrange to replace it, with the understanding the no two kits or yarns even of the same colorways will ever look exactly alike.

Returned Special Order Yarns (unless defective or misshipped) are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
