How to Special Order Fleece Artist and Hand Maiden Yarns and Kits:

Because the color artists at Fleece Artist and Hand Maiden are so filled with inspiration that keeping up with them surpasses our capacities so far as fiber and color possibilities are concerned, we have created an easier way for you to Special Order any yarns or colorways you want.

If there is a yarn and/or colorway that you want but that you cannot find on our web site, here's what to do to:

1. Go to any yarn or kit page and order anything at all on it.
2. When you check out, use the Special Instructions box to tell us that you do not want the item ordered but do want X skeins of Y yarn in Z colorway (or X kits in Y colorway). We will make the change when your order reaches us and will immediately alert the dyers at Fleece Artist or Hand Maiden of your needs. At that time we will charge your credit card 50% of the cost of your order.
3. When your order arrives 2-6 weeks later (some times of the year are faster than others), we will ship it off to you and charge the remaining 50% plus shipping.
